Our Rental Process

Our rental process is straightforward and hassle-free, ensuring that you have everything you need to make your occasion memorable. From selecting the right items to delivery and setup, we're here to guide you every step of the way. Let us take the stress out of event planning so you can focus on creating unforgettable moments.

1. BROWSE OUR COLLECTIONS

Whether in person in our showroom, over the phone, or looking virtually though our website, our processes start by hearing about the needs, ideas, and inspiration for your event. If you need help selecting everything for your event, we are happy to assist! We have experienced staff to guide you through the process and make sure you haven’t missed a detail.

3. RESERVE YOUR ORDER

 

Once the quote is compiled to your liking, we’ll ask you to approve the quote and sign our terms and conditions to officially reserve your order in our system. We also require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure the items in our calendar. Please note that the items will not be reserved until all these steps have been taken.

5. DELIVERY OR WILL CALL

If you’ve opted for delivery, our delivery team will deliver at the pre-arranged date and delivery window listed on your contract. If you’ve opted for will-call, your rentals will be ready for you at our warehouse on the pre-agreed upon date listed on your contract.

7. TIME FOR GOODBYES!

Following your unforgettable event, your order will be brought back to our warehouse, where it undergoes a thorough inspection with the cleaning and preparation for its next use. Once this process is complete, we'll send you the finalized invoice. After you've had a chance to reflect on the success of your event, we welcome your feedback. Whether you have glowing reviews or areas where we can improve, we're committed to continuously enhancing our services. Remember, once you’re a customer, we want you to be a customer for life. We’re always here for your next event and are here to assist you whenever you need us.

2. RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

Following a thorough discussion of your inventory requirements and our options for bringing your ideas to life, our event rental coordinators will prepare a detailed quote for your consideration. This allows us to collaborate further, making any adjustments as needed.

4. FINAL NUMBERS + LOGISTICS

We obsess about the details, so you don't have to. We request any logistic details and final numbers be provided to us no less than 14 days prior to your event. Your contract will be updated with these details and numbers for our team, at which time the remaining balance of the contract will be due. The contract will be officially closed 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/will call.

6. PICKUPS OR RETURNS

If our team is picking up the order, we’ll arrive at the pre-arranged date and pickup window listed on your contract to quickly and efficiently whisk it away! Please ensure all items are packed and ready to go in the same location that we had delivered it to. Returns can be made to our warehouse location at the window of time listed on your contract.
